Under the title of the situation in the Middle East and the future vision of the war on terrorism, the Royal College of London in Britain held a symposium in which a number of politicians and researchers participated.
The head of the Baghdad International Center, Sheikh Adnan Al-Shahmani, presented during the symposium a research paper entitled (The role of the popular crowd in the war against terrorism and its legitimacy as an institution of the Iraqi state / challenges, opportunities and future scenarios)
In it, he stated that human instinct stands in the face of any threat to its existence and mobilizes all its energies, especially if this threat affects life and if it is related to other things that are more sacred than a person and his life such as his homeland, his religion, his family and his people. All these things stimulate the human interior in the face of any danger, and this is what made the Iraqi people With all its groups, from the highest hierarchy of religious authority, and then the state and social forces in all their diversities, they rise up to confront the threat of the terrorist gangs of ISIS, which falsely wore the dress of Islam and unjustly belonged to it, spreading terror and terrorism through their criminal practices.
